Trouble-shooting
your browser settings
If
you have the correct password but are unable to
enter the Intranet. Your browser settings may
be preventing you from doing so. Take a quick
check by following the sequence below:
Open
your browser. At the top of the screen, click
TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS.
Then
click the tab called: SECURITY then the button
called CUSTOM LEVEL.
Then
scroll down almost to the bottom of that window
and look for the heading: SCRIPTING.
You
will see an option that says: ACTIVE SCRIPTS.
Change that setting to ENABLE.
Then
click OK and OK again.
Try
to get into the Intranet. |
